1. Give your self compliments.
2. Look yourself in the eye in the mirror and say wow I have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.
3. Take sometime for your self to really reflect on what you do to help others.
4. Help people
5. Talk to people
6. KEEP YOUR HEAD UP HIGH. DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING. CAUSE CHANCES ARE THERE NOT SAYING ANYTHING BUT GOOD THINGS.
7. Do stuff for YOU.
